Hey y’all! Welcome to the first post of 2021!
As we speak, I am literally writing this post on my birthday (January 6th) with a cup of coffee in hand. I’m feeling hopeful, I’m feeling inspired, I’m feeling like I can conquer the upcoming year. I mean, after 2020, we can can get through anything, right?
This time of year always blesses me with the gift of reflection. Not sure if it’s due to the cozy weather, the slower pace of living or just the vivid introduction of another opportunity to tackle our dreams, but I remain thankful.
Although a fresh start can be a bit daunting, stay optimistic in the affirmation that starting anew can bring about some of life’s most defining moments. The cornerstone of elevating your mind, that business or even your role at work, is maintaining the affirmation that you can always start over. The aspect that sets apart those who are successful from those who are not is the simple fact that those who prevailed did not give up.
Giving up is simply not an option, all we can do is simply level up. Embrace your current situation, learn from your mistake and grow in wisdom. This blog is going on five years in the making! I’ve certainly endured my fair share of failures and shortcomings, but each step back only amplifies my will to succeed. I can only go up from here.
To give you just a glimpse of what’s to come, below you can find a few of my 2021 goals for EsmeshaCampbell.com:

2) Remain consistent in posting, capturing imagery for posts and researching content that matters to myself and my readers
3) Upgrade my current WordPress template to include video embedding
4) Monetization! Monetization! Monetization!
